which they do through private investors, loans from commercial banks, the bond market, and the equities market. While many people think that the US Economy is dominated by the large corporations, it may come as a surprise the large role that the small business play’s in the US Economy. According to the US Department of State: “Of the nearly 26 million firms in the United States, most are very small—97.5 percent … have fewer than 20 employees,” the US Small Business Administration …
Here some answer the question about forex capital markets
A friend wants to enter the FOREX market with limited capital. How to tell him he's foolish?
He's got blinders on after spending two grand on a "class." He wants no negativity, he says. But simple math tells me and should tell him that his capital investment will never make his online "labor" worth more than $5 an hour– and that'd require a 60 hour work week and NO LOSSES.
How to educate him without alienating him? Is there a website certain and simple?

"Capital market" just refers to any of the public exchanges where capital securities (ie, stocks and bonds) are traded. SO that's just a generic term.
"Open Market" usually refers to Federal Reserve operations in which they participate in the market of banks lending money to one another overnight. Therefore it is not actually "open" from our point of view — it's restricted to banks trading with each other out of the public eye. Nevertheless that is called the Fed's "open market activities". However someone might use the term "open market" as a synonym for "public markets" or "capital markets" if they are being imprecise — maybe you;ve seen that.

Capital is not trade, but financial services are.
So you might still be on to something.

These are just names of separate departments within an investment bank. Bear in mind, that names can differ among banks but usually this is the case:
Corporate Finance – Raise money in the Equity Capital Markets (ECM). – eg. IPO.
Capital Markets – Raise money in the Debt Capital Markets (DCM) – eg: Bonds, FRNs, etc.
M&A – Mergers and Acquisitions
Sometimes M&A could work with both Corp Fin pple and Cap Mkts pple cos they'll use both financing methods for the acquisition.
You can capitalise as above.

This is about the same situation Pakistan is passing thru. Countrys economy is being loaned/sold @ the rate of a common mans life leading to anxiety & flux in all departments of life ensuing in no-investment crisis & every new govt blaming the past for all the hazards & again taking its hands out to beg for more loans. The country is being sold out eventually by parts, with disorder, joblessness, fake inflation, injustice & hypocrisy as the main issues resulting in anarchy & suicide bombing,

I should add that not every increase in government regulation should be viewed as restrictive to the economy.
The Federal Reserve (although technically independent of the government) for instance needs to update it’s guidelines and policies to prevent another flood of sub-prime lending tactics in order to prevent another housing/financial institution collapse situation.

There is no such thing or an item called money in economy. it is only numbers. described as an amount. in various currencies. What you give while making a purchase is only " a bond or promissory note," assuring to pay certain amount, when demanded, printed on a security paper, or a metallic round, moulded, coin.

The three are closely interconnected !!
The capital market is the market for securities, where companies and the government can raise long-term funds. The capital market includes the stock market and the bond market.
Investment, in business means , the purchase by a producer of a physical good, such as durable equipment or inventory, in the hope of improving future business.
Financial management encompasses the two core processes of resource management and finance operations. Also called FM. See also finance operations; resource management operations.
Hence a finance person is expected to possess thorough knowledge in the above fields.

Hi Geezer3473, Thanks for the comment glad you like the videos. Many of the ideas that I have discussed in my videos so far such as chart patterns, indicators, and money management can be combined to form your own trading system. I am going to go into this in more specific detail however the plan right now is to teach all the basics of trading first so people understand what is behind the systems that they are trading before jumping into the market. Best Regards, Dave
